No fun house effect at all!Overall it's a perfect mirror except for one little, big thing....for me. The led brightness only goes up so high (it is adjustable high to low in brightness). However the highest brightness setting just isn't bright enough for makeup application, or for what I mostly use it for. Plucking eyebrows and facial hairs, especially those I need help seeing, be it with a....bright light. It’s super heavy and comes with the cord to plug it into the wall. The lights are super bright and are adjustable to brighten and dim. It’s not to cheap or not to expensive. Just be aware it’s heavy and it may take at least two people to carry it.I attached it to my daughter’s door with using the mounting system & did not use the adhesion. Works great!
