UpdateAmazon wouldn’t replace the mirror after the second one even thought both mirrors came in broken. I reached out to the company directly and they made sure I got what i paid for. And they don’t stop until I got a mirror that wasn’t broken. It took 5 or 6 times for a working mirror to come in. None of the broken mirrors were the company’s fault but they corrected it everytime. Ups was awful with the boxes and they broke even with the mirrors being well wrapped.So the mirror get 5 stars because the kids love itThe company gets 5 stars for it’s their amazing customer serviceAmazon customer service gets 1 starThe first mirror came in broken so Amazon replaced it.The install took longer than the mirror actually worked. The lights were neat for the whole 30-45 minutes that it workedI definitely do not recommend
